Instead of feeling like the 'shoot first, ask questions later' type like Samus has always felt, she feels like the type who would flirt with her opponents before beating them.
I find her to be unappealing due to her oversexualization - she basically ditches all the 'cool' and 'badass' aspects of Samus to become a stereotypical space dominatrix who shoves her ass in the camera and shows off her curves every chance she gets.
